Corwin Press - New Login Instructions for Previous Customers

We've updated our Web site - making it easier for you to maintain your information!

In an effort to serve you better, Corwin Press has upgraded our Faculty Review and New Product E-Alert systems. You can now access your New Product E-Alerts, manage your Faculty Review account, and maintain your billing and shipping address online for ease of purchasing - now all under one login!

We realize that a transition can sometimes be difficult, so here's all the information that you will need. We've already moved your account and your preferences over to our new system. What we couldn't do was to move your encrypted password. So our system will need to generate a new password for you. Don't worry - you will be able to change it immediately!

Whether you had a Faculty Review account or a Product Alert account — or both — your process will be the same.

1. Simply go to www.corwinpress.com/myaccount.

2. Log in as a "returning user" with your Faculty Review or Product Alert account email address and the password "corwinpress" (without the quotes) and click the Login button.

3. Click on the "Activate Account" button. We will send you a confirming email with a new system-generated password. You can then log into your Faculty Review/Product Alert account with your email address and new system-generated password to confirm your details, as well as change your password and update your Product Alert preferences.

In very rare instances, our system may ask you to click on the "Forgot my Password" link rather than showing you the "Activate Account" button. Don't worry - go ahead and follow the steps to receive a new password. You can change your password back at any time to one that is easy to remember!

What's New?

You will see many new options on the left hand menu for your account. You will be able to:

Add and maintain several addresses - your home address, your preferred mailing, billing and shipping addresses, and your institution address(es) - no matter how many you have!

Add the courses that you teach now - so that you can save time later when you request those exam copies. Add courses you are currently teaching and those that you plan to teach next year and beyond!

Update your New Product E-Alert/Newsletter preferences.

Easily make changes to your email address or password.
